Returns Policy


Returning a product if you've changed your mind.

We hope you love our products as much as we do, however we understand at times a product may not be quite right. 

Our returns policy lasts 28 days since the date of purchase on full price items, and 14 days since the date of purchase on Sale items. If the returns window has past, please still submit a request and we'll see how we can assist.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not returned to us in accordance with these conditions. 

  • Please note any clothing & apparel items should be returned unworn and unwashed. 
  • Any flat pack or unassembled items must be returned in the same condition and not assembled. 

What to do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you have received any item which is faulty or damaged, please contact us right away as soon as you have received the item on We may then ask you to provide us with photos of the damage so we can look into this further for you. 

If a replacement is available, we will send this out to you. If not then a refund will be issued. 

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for another item, please send us an email at and we'll see what we can do. If the exchange request cannot be fulfilled then a refund will be issued. 

Is anything exempt from the Returns Policy?

Gift Cards - Please note that this returns policy does not apply to gift cards as our gift cards are non refundable. 

Furniture - Please note that we can only accept returns on Furniture items unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please contact us to discuss any issues further on

How do I return the item? 

To complete your return, please email with your name, delivery address and order number with the reasons why you wish to return an item, and we will forward on the returns instructions & address via email. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do advise recorded or tracked delivery, and Scandi Corner are not liable for items which are lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us. 

When will my return be processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and are processing your returned item. 

Please note that if you are eligible for a refund, this is for the cost of the item only and does not cover the shipping cost. 

Once the return has been accepted, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note this can vary by payment provider.
